2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (you’ll be notified and refunded if this happens).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and may vary, especially during busy seasons. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, MCC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Because all items are handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
